Payment Terms
All purchases are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Prices are shown in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. Refund Policy
Digital Products and Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not issued unless otherwise stated on the product page. For the Discovering YOU program, customers requesting a refund must demonstrate that they have completed all provided workbooks in full. This is to ensure that the process has been engaged with before a refund is considered.
Live Events or Memberships
Refund requests for live events will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the event start.
Group Programs and Membership Communities
We do not offer refunds for group programs or community-based memberships, as participation and value gained are the responsibility of the member. We provide access to expert-led classes, Q&A sessions, and peer support, and it is up to the member to take advantage of these opportunities. Memberships are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your membership at any time.
High-Ticket Coaching/Think Tank
Refunds are not guaranteed. Please refer to your signed client agreement.
Content & License
All course materials, videos, workbooks, templates, branding, and downloads are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, duplicate, distribute, sublicense, or sell any Becoming YOU Transformation (trading as Becoming YOU Inc.) materials without prior written consent.
Limited exceptions apply only where we expressly permit sharing, such as quoting brief excerpts for review with attribution. Recording coaching sessions, redistributing community discussions, or reselling programme access is prohibited unless agreed in writing.
If you are found sharing or selling access without authorization, your account may be terminated without refund and legal action may be pursued.
Limitation of liability
Our programmes provide education, coaching, and personal development support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Becoming YOU Transformation (trading as Becoming YOU Inc.) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in any programme.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African consumer protection law.
